We work on the composition, texture and format of the future product. We prepare a sample, discuss the result and refine the details before production begins.

Formulation preparation
High-speed mixer
We mix ingredients and prepare the formulation. Mixing and cooking settings are selected to suit the formula and product properties.
Uniformity and temperature / video
Homogenisation and heat treatment vessel
We bring the formulation to a uniform consistency and apply heat treatment as required by the formula. The video shows the agitator working inside the vessel.
Filling tolerance: 1%
Precision filling machine
We dose and fill liquid products into bottles with a 1% tolerance. The filling area also uses a fume cupboard and a peristaltic filler. We select the station to suit the formulation and pack size.
Closing the packaging / video
Capping machine
Closing filled bottles before the next packaging stages. The video shows glass bottles being capped.
Labelling / video
Labelling line
Applying the label after the bottle is filled. We show the process using a real product — ESVITSIN hair tonic lotion.
Finished batch / video
Pallet wrapper
We arrange boxes of finished products on a pallet and wrap it in film for storage and dispatch.
